Purchases

All treatment purchases are considered final, including prepaid treatments. Prepaid treatments cannot be transferred to other individuals. No refunds are applicable for change of mind.

Refunds will be applied where required by Australian Consumer Law.

We need a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours or do not attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to retain your deposit or apply a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost. For prepaid treatments, we reserve the right to forfeit the total cost of the treatment.

Kindly arrive at least 5 mins before your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 mins late for an appointment, we reserve the right to forfeit the appointment with no refund.

We strongly recommend you provide all the information requested in the consent form. When unsure, kindly consult your health professional to determine the suitability of the treatment.

We take utmost care & diligence in all recommendations and treatments, but ultimately you decide to determine if the treatment or product suits you.

All gift cards must be redeemed by the date mentioned on the card or a maximum of 1 year from the issue date.

While we take every care to ensure the information is correct, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the information - treatment or product description, ingredients, or other content on the website or any content in our clinic is accurate, reliable or complete. We take no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the use of information or advice.

Any information or advice provided on our website, on any printed media or by our esthetician in-clinic is not meant to substitute professional medical advice.

We reserve the right to amend, extend or terminate promotional offers at any time.

Treatment

You hereby acknowledge and agree that Bewitching Cosmetic Clinic and all of its directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable with respect to, and you hereby waive, release, and agree not to take action against any of them upon any claim for any loss or harm suffered or incurred by you in connection with, arising out of, or in any way related to, an allergic reaction you suffer as a result of our Products or Treatments unless that allergic reaction is caused by our gross negligence or wilful default.

We take all due care & diligence and perform all procedures maintaining high standards. In the rare event of an adverse reaction to the treatment, kindly allow up to 12 weeks to investigate your concern. We require your full cooperation during this time, which may include weekly consultations for assessment as advised by your esthetician.
